1. Made-to-Order Nature
All products in our store are made-to-order. Unlike traditional online stores, we do not maintain a warehouse, stock inventory, or mass-produce goods.
When you place an order, the blank product is selected and printed or manufactured specifically for you. Because of this customized production cycle, every item is unique to your purchase.
2. EU Consumer Rights & Policy Applicability
Under European Union consumer protection laws (specifically Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive), the standard 14-day "right of withdrawal" or change-of-mind return does not apply to goods that are custom-made, tailored, or manufactured specifically based on a consumer's individual choice or order.
Because our items are produced exclusively upon demand:
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size/color selections made by the customer.
Please carefully review our Size Guides and product descriptions before completing your purchase to ensure you select the correct size and variant.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Although we do not accept returns for change of mind, we stand strictly by the quality of our products. If your order arrives flawed, you are fully protected.
We will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund if your item arrives with any of the following issues:
Manufacturing defects or structural flaws in the product.
Damages incurred during transit/shipping.
Misprints (the printed design, placement, or color significantly differs from what was ordered).
Incorrect items delivered (wrong product, size, or color sent due to our error).
4. How to Report a Problem
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please include:
Your Order Number.
Clear photographs or a short video showing the defect, damage, or misprint.
A brief description of the issue.
Important Note: Please do not return items directly to our printing facilities or fulfillment centers without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be tracked and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
5. Refunds and Replacements Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
We will typically arrange a free replacement shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
